Presentation:
Gentamicin is belonged to Aminoglycosides group, which produce its bactericidal action by irreversibly binding to 30s ribosomal subunit. Gentamicin spectrum includes gram negative bacteria like: E.coli, Salmonella, Treponema hyodysenteriae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa
Composition:
Each one gram contains: Gentamicin (as sulfate): 333.3 mg
Target species:
Pigs.
Indications:
For the treatment of Colibacillosis in weanling swine caused by E.coli. For treatment of swine dysentery associated with Treponema hyodysenteriae.
Dosage & Route of administration:
Route of administration: Orally via drinking waterRoute of administration: Orally via drinking waterFor whole product:• Treatment of Colibacillosis:1 gm Pharmagent / 30 liter of drinking water, for 3 days.• Treatment of swine dysentery: 1 gm Pharmagent / 15 liter of drinking water, for 3 days.
Warning& Precaution:

There have been no reported side effects following the recommended use of Pharmagent Soluble Powder in swine.
