Royalminosidin 17%

Presentation:

Aminosidine is a wide spectrum aminoglycosides antibiotic produced by Streptomyces rimosus var. Paromomycinus., which is effective against gram positive and gram negative bacteria such as; E.coli and Salmonella. Aminosidine is poorly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract, which is clearly an advantage if used to treat some bacterial or protozoal gastrointestinal infections. Aminosidine interferes with bacterial protein synthesis by binding to 16s rRNA at the amino-acyl-tRNA binding site, which cause a conformational change and subsequent misreading of the mRNA and inhibition of translocation.
