Royalprol is concentrated solution contain twin anticoccidials that provides a synergistic effect which is highly effective in the control of major coccidiosis causing Eimeria species of birds.

Amprolium hydrochlorideacts upon the first generation schizont to prevent merozoites production and that acts as competitive inhibitor of thiamine in the parasite metabolism. It exhibits high activity against E. tenella and E. acervulina.

Ethopabatehasanticoccidial activity especially against E. maxima and E. brunetti; and the synergistic combination of amprolium hydrochloride and ethopabate is effective against E. necatrix.

Aprapharma: is indicated for use in calves, pigs and chickens.

For prophylaxis  and treatment of coccidiosis in the broiler chicken.

Route of administration: orally via drinking water.

               For active ingredient:

25  mgamprolium / kg B.w. per day. For 5-7 days.

1.6 mg ethopabate/ kg B.w per days. For 5-7 days.

For treatment of outbreaks: 25 mg Amprolium& 1.6 Ethopabate / kg B.w. per day. For 5-7 days.

Mild outbreaks:12.5mgAmprolium& 0.8 mg Ethopabate / kg B.w. per day. For 5-7 days

For follow up treatment:6.25mg Amprolium& 0.4 mg Ethopabate/ kg B.w. per day. For 5-7 days.

                For whole product:

For treatment of outbreaks: 1 ml of Royalprol/8.64 kg of body weight (one liter of Royalprol per 900 liter of drinking water), for 5-7 days.

Mild outbreaks: 1 ml of Royalprol / 17.28 kg of body weight (500 ml of Royalprol per 900 liter of drinking water), for 5-7 days.

For follow up treatment: 1 ml of Royalprol / 34.56 kg of body weight(250 ml Royalprol per 900 liter of drinking water) ,for 5-7 days.

1. The medicated water should be usedas a sole source of drinking
2. The medicated water should be consumed within 24 hours.

• Do not use in birds which are producing or may in future produce egg or egg product for human consumption.

No side effects when used with the recommended doses.
